, Dan Nathan spoke about bullish options activity in
Twitter IncTWTR
. He explained that the call options volume was three times higher than the put options volume and the most active expiration were the December and the March expiration. When the stock was trading at $25.20, there was a seller of 10,000 contracts of the December 33/38 call spread. The trader was selling them to close a position and he rolled out the position to the March expiration by purchasing 10,000 contracts of the March 31/36 call spread for $0.75. The trade breaks even at $31.75 or 25 percent higher from the Tuesday close. Nathan added that the stock is currently trading close to $25, which is a very important support.
