Mike Khouw spoke on the show about options activity in
Bristol-Myers Squibb CoBMY. The call options trading volume was three times higher than the average daily call options volume and the most active were the October 62.5 call options.
Over 12,000 contracts of the October 62.5 calls were traded and the contract has open interest of approximately 1,800 contracts. Traders were paying $0.70, which sets the break even for the trade at $63.20 or around 9 percent higher from the current price of the stock.
