Mike Khouw spoke on
CNBC's Options Action about unusually high bullish options activity in
SYSCO Corporation. Call options volume was 20 times higher than the average daily call volume and the most active were the November 39 and the November 40 calls.
Around 25,000 contracts of the November 39 call options were traded on Tuesday and traders were paying $0.85 for them. The break even for this trade is at $39.85 or approximately 10 percent higher. Khouw added that this might be a cheap way to make a bullish bet on a bounce back of the stock.
