, Dan Nathan said that options traders reacted well to the announcement that
Facebook IncFB
is adding digital money transfer feature to its Messenger App. Call options outnumbered puts 3 to 1 on Tuesday and one trade caught Nathan's attention because it was far out of the money. A trader bought 6,000 contracts of the May 87.50 call options for $1.13. The break even for this trade is at $88.63 or approximately 12 percent higher at May expiration. Nathan explained that the stock has been trading in a range for a while and this trader is betting for a massive break out to the upside.
