On CNBC's Fast Money Final Trade, Josh Brown and Stephen Weiss shared their opinions about Exxon Mobil Corporation XOM with the viewers.
Josh Brown is bullish on the stock because it trades higher regardless what crude oil does. He added that it has a 3 percent dividend yield and it trades at 15 times next year's earnings, which is cheaper than the S&P 500's 16.5 multiple.
Exxon is the best-capitalized company in the space and active managers have to have some exposure to the energy space, Brown explained. He thinks they will be buying Exxon if volatility in the space continues.
Stephen Weiss, on the other hand, thinks there are better opportunities than Exxon. He named Apache Corporation APA, which dropped more than 25 percent in 2014, as a good example.
