Dan Nathan spoke on the show on Tuesday about unusually high options activity in
McDonald's CorporationMCD.
He explained that the stock traded sharply higher on
a rumor that Bill Ackman is going to push for a spinoff of its real estate.
Total options volume was 1.5 times higher than average daily volume in the name. The most active options were the December 90 calls and traders payed $0.54 for them, expecting that the stock would trade above $90.54 or 2 percent higher by Friday.
