Jim Cramer's Favorite REIT

On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said that HCP, Inc. HCP is his favorite REIT.

The stock is already up a lot this year, but he would buy it immediately. The price is good because it has pulled back a little bit from the highs.

Cramer also likes Ventas, Inc. VTR.

Cree, Inc. CREE has disappointed Cramer so many times that if it trades higher at all he would sell it; he doesn't like the stock.

American Capital Agency Corp. AGNC, lastly, is way too risky for Cramer. The company has not explained how higher interest rates would impact its business.
