On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer spoke about President Obama's speech, scheduled for Wednesday, and its possible impact on the stocks market.
He thinks that Alliant Techsystems Inc. ATK, Raytheon Company RTN and Lockheed Martin Corporation LMT could benefit for the speech, especially if President Obama announces a U.S.-led campaign against ISIS.
Cramer thinks that the conflict with ISIS is not the only reason for buying the defense stocks. There are also problems between Russia and Ukraine. The group has been lagging the rest of the market and these stocks now look cheap, because the ISIS conflict could last as long as three years, thinks Cramer.
Although Lockheed Martin is a great investment, it has lower upside potential than Alliant Tech and Raytheon, because it outperformed the S&P 500 year to date, concluded Cramer.
