On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Josh Brown said that he loves the drillers, especially Transocean (NYSE: RIG) and Noble (NYSE: NE). He added that these stocks are way too hated and are about to bounce.

Pete Najarian likes Merck (NYSE: MRK) and he believes that it is going to $62. The stock is up less than one percent at $60.23.

Jon Najarian bought Valero (NYSE: VLO) Tuesday. Valero is down less than one percent at $53.83.

Stephen Weiss would short Noodles & Co (NASDAQ: NDLS) because it keeps breaking down. The stock is down 5.4 percent.
