Fast Money Picks For February 29th (XLY, TGT, PAAS)

Karen Finerman thinks that Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) is a buy. Target Corporation (TGT) gained 1.27% today, and it closed at $56.01.
Guy Adami likes Pan American Silver Corp. (USA) (NASDAQ: PAAS), and he wants to buy it tomorrow. Pan American Silver Corp. (USA) (PAAS) spiked 3.35% in the regular trading session, and it added another 3.28% in the after hours.
Doug Kass said that he would buy gold, and sell crude oil.
