On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said during the Lightning Round that Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) is “going to the moon. Any pullback and you have to buy it."

For Centene Corp (NYSE: CNC), he said, "I love this health- care cost containment company.”

Cramer said that Opko Health (NYSE: OPK) is “not making any money but it's got a nice revenue ramp. That's why it's speculative."

For Cellcom Israel (NYSE: CEL), Jim said, "I think that dividend is dangerous. I'd rather see you in Verizon (NYSE: VZ) or Vodafone Group (NASDAQ: VOD) or even CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL)"
