On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said during the Lightning Round that Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) is “OK. They're no longer in the doghouse."

For Mylan Laboratories (NASDAQ: MYL), he said, "No, no, if Teva Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ: TEVA) can't make any money right now, how can this one?"

For Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), he said, "Not bad but I prefer Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) using deep in- the-money call options."

Cramer said that Riverbed Technologies (NASDAQ: RVBD) is “tech and telco tech. You can't own it."

For Sequans Communications (NYSE: SQNS), he said, "We made a trade, caught a huge gain and I'm never looking back."

Cramer said that Southern Copper (NYSE: SCCO) is a buy.

For SPDR Gold Shares (NYSE: GLD), Jim said, "Here's the deal: It's not done going up. Only sell if it's more than 20% of your portfolio."
