Fast Money Pops & Drops, June 30th (RAD, JOYG, ELY, CAT, WOR, STLD, F, NWSA)
CNBC Fast Money's Brian Kelly said on the show that he would take profits in Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD). He explained that RAD jumped on the same stores sales. Rite Aid Corporation (RAD) gained 5.56% today, and it closed at $1.33. Mr. Kelly also commented on Joy Global Inc. (NASDAQ: JOYG). He likes this stock and he would continue to own it. Joy Global Inc. (JOYG) added 5.69% today, and it closed at $95.24.
Guy Adami thinks that Callaway Golf Company (NYSE: ELY) doesn't look good. The CEO resigned, the company missed on revenue, and it announced job cuts. He added that there is a big short interest, and ELY might lean on it tomorrow. Callaway Golf Company (ELY) fell 1.74% today, and it closed at $6.22. Guy Adami also said that he is a buyer of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT). He sees it at $110. CAT jumped 3.00%, and closed at $106.46 on Thursday.
Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WOR) spiked 9.84% today, but Joe Terranova would rather buy Steel Dynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ: STLD) in the steel space. Steel Dynamics, Inc. (STLD) fell 0.49% today, and it closed at $16.25.
Jon Najarian believes that Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) could jump to $15. Ford Motor Company (F) gained 2.76% today, and it closed at $13.79.
Mike Khouw said that News Corporation (NASDAQ: NWSA) is a good company, but it is looking fairly priced. News Corporation (NWSA) gained 1.78% today, and it closed at $17.70.
