On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said during the Lightning Round that he “really likes Cheesecake Factory (NASDAQ: CAKE).” He added, “It's a well run company and I'm a buyer."

He said that Ezcorp (NASDAQ: EZPW) is “part of the expanding lower class theme. It fits into my dollar store thesis and I want to own it. "

Cramer said that Imax (NYSE: IMAX) is the “only movie chain I want to own. I really like the stock at this level."

For Zhongpin (NASDAQ: HOGS), Jim said, "No, you don't want to own these. This is a Chinese stock you need to avoid."

Cramer advises investors “not to own LDK Solar (NYSE: LDK).” He added, “I don't want you in it. I don't like Chinese stocks. I'm only recommending Baidu.com (NASDAQ: BIDU)"

For Hawaiian Electric (NYSE: HE), he said, "I think you're doing it right. I like Southern Company (NYSE: SO) more; I like Dominion Resources (NYSE: D) more; and I like Consolidated Edison (NYSE: ED) more, but don't change a thing."

Cramer believes that Alcoa's (NYSE: AA) earnings are “going to be terrific. Alcoa is ready to roll and you need to roll with it."

Jim believes that El Paso (NYSE: EP) is “worth $21 a share.” He added, “It's a winning stock."
