Where to Invest When the S&P 500's Headed Above 1250

ING Investment Management head Uri Landesman thinks the S&P 500 could reach 1250 by the end of the year - a 13% appreciation of Tuesday's closing levels.

And how does he think investors can best benefit from this marketwide strength? According to his interview with CNBC, Landesman feels U.S. stocks, technology, consumer staples, industrials, HMOs, and pharma/biotech are the ideal ways to ride the bull market in 2010.

Landesman also specifically cautioned against China for the time being, suggesting problems there could linger in the first half of the year.

At the same time, he specifically encouraged investments in large cap stocks, not unlike Credit Suisse's Weissenstein.

The interview can be replayed here.
