On CNBC's Mad Money Lightning Round OT, Jim Cramer said that he believes that International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) is dead money. He thinks that nothing exciting is going to happen in International Business Machines Corp. (IBM), and it is OK to do some selling. International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) fell 1.28% today.

The semiconductor sector is not that good, and Cramer recommended investors to sell Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE: AMD). Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) fell 2.30% today.

Cramer thinks that PNC Financial Services (NYSE: PNC) has bottomed, and he wants to pull the trigger. He believes that this stock is one of the best in the banking sector, and he wants to own it. PNC Financial Services (PNC) fell 3.55%, and closed at $52.98.
