Mad Money Lightning Round: Jim Prefers DVN Over APC
In his "Mad Money Lightning Round" on Tuesday, Jim said that ADC Telecommunications (NASDAQ: ADCT) is part of the Internet tsunami and he loves the company’s fundamentals. ADCT rallied 5.1%, to $8.24, yesterday.
Although, Cramer considers Toyota Motor (NYSE: TM) to be the world’s best auto manufacturer, he prefers Ford Motor (NYSE: F). Yesterday, shares of TM and F climbed 2.84% and 2.09%, respectively.
When asked about Citigroup (NYSE: C), Jim remarked that the stock will hit $5-$6 this year, and rise sharply afterwards. Shares of C surged 2.84% to $3.99 yesterday.
Cramer said that Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) will touch $22, once the financial reform is over. BAC rose 2.52% yesterday, but later on fell 0.44% in the after-hours session.
For Anadarko Petroleum (NYSE: APC), Jim commented, "This is a tough one. I think the company is terrific, but I think the stock is heading right back down. I'd rather see you in Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN)." APC rallied 6.45% and DVN advanced 3.57%, yesterday.
