Mad Money Lightning Round: Jim Discusses HUN, GTE, GILD, GS, BAX, CHU, WHR, OC, QCOM
In his "Mad Money Lightning Round" on Wednesday, Jim said that Huntsman (NYSE: HUN) shares have appreciated a lot. He added that he considered the stock good, but not great. HUN climbed 0.32% to $9.54 in the after-hours session.
According to Jim, Gran Tierra Energy (NYSE: GTE) is a good speculative stock. He called GTE a winner and advised investors to buy it. GTE closed at $5.09 yesterday, up 4.52%.
Cramer informed that he has given up on Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ: GILD). He advised traders against investing in the stock as it is going lower.
When asked about Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS), Jim said that he expects the stock to fall to $130 and asked investors not to buy it until then. After falling 1.59% to close at $140.30, GS rose 1.92% to $143 in after hours.
Cramer advised investors to sell Baxter International (NYSE: BAX) immediately as the company had reported a miserable quarter.
When asked about China Unicom (NYSE: CHU), Jim said that he would refrain from touch this stock as investing in China would be a big mistake right now.
Cramer informed traders that incentives are drying up in Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) and Whirlpool (NYSE: WHR) and, hence, he was on a “sell” mode on both of them.
Jim recommended selling Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) before the end of the week.
