Perot Systems Corp (PER) is showing extremely low volatility, implied volatility is just 2.34, 90 day historical volatility is over 85.
Perot is currently trading just under $30 after long, almost flat consolidation period and a huge up gap before that. Perot can offer unique option buying techniques, short term on the down side and longer term both ways.
