Dan Nathan Sees Unusual Options Activity In EEM

On CNBC's "Options Action", Dan Nathan spoke about an unusual options activity in iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index (ETF) EEM. He said the put options volume was pretty high on Wednesday. Puts outnumbered calls 2 to 1.

There was a bullish trade that caught Nathan's attention when the stock was trading at $45.60. A trader bought 13,000 contracts of the June 47 calls for 32 cents. The trade breaks even at $47.32 or 3.52 percent above the current stock price. Nathan added that the stock is trading close to its important support levels.
