Corn Futures Little Lower

May Corn is trading at 380 3/4, down 1 1/4 cents/bushel. July Corn is trading at 387 3/4, down 1 1/2 cents/bushel. Corn futures are trading a little lower. Market chatter about various weather forecasts is making the rounds. The USDA weekly export report for corn is due out at 8:30 a.m. ET. Brazil's winter corn plantings are about 57.3 percent complete versus 73.5 percent a year ago. Corn used for ethanol production last week totaled 108.57 million bushels. Corn used this crop year for ethanol production is now around 2.71 billion bushels.
