USD/CAD Trading Higher, Canada's Exports and Imports Edge Up

USD/CAD is trading at 1.3173, up 0.0089. The pair is trading choppy and a little under the session highs. Statistic Canada reported that Canada's trade balance dipped to a 0.92 billion C$ surplus in December versus a 1.01 billion C$ surplus in November. Exports and imports rose.
