EUR/USD is trading at 1.0741, down 0.0020. The pair is trading near the session lows. Markit's Euro area January services purchasing managers survey (PMI) was flat at 53.7 in versus 53.7 in December and the composite PMI was flat at 54.4 from 54.4.
