EUR/USD Trading Steady, Euro Area Business Confidence Flat

EUR/USD is trading at 1.0692, up 0.0002. The European Commission reported that January business confidence for the Euro area was flat at 0.77 versus 0.77 in December. Euro area January Consumer Confidence improved to a negative reading of 4.7 from negative 5.1 in December.
