U.S. Dollar Index Little Lower Ahead of Data

The December U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 98.79, down 0.08. The U.S. Dollar Index is trading modestly choppy and a little lower. Market talk about global headline news and economic data is making the rounds. The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis is scheduled to release third quarter GDP data (gross domestic product) at 8:30 a.m. ET. and the University of Michigan consumer sentiment survey is due out at 10:00 a.m. ET.
