USDA Export Sales; Cotton Futures Little Lower

The USDA reported today that cotton weekly export sales for the current marketing year for the period ending October 20th totaled 129,300 running bales. Sales were down 62 percent from the previous week and 37 percent from the four week average December New York Cotton is trading at 68.95, down 0.31 cents/lb. March New York Cotton is trading at 69.58, down 0.29 cents/lb. In other New York Soft commodities; December Cocoa is trading at 2730, down 39 $/MT. December Coffee is trading at 165.20, up 1.50 cents/lb. March Sugar is trading at 22.51, down 0.16 cents/lb. January Orange Juice is trading at 209.75, up 2.15 cents/lb.
