Cocoa Futures Little Changed, North American Cocoa Grindings Steady

December New York Cocoa is trading at 2706, down 11 $/MT. March New York Cocoa is trading at 2617, down 13 $/MT. New York cocoa futures are trading a little lower. Market talk about global demand for cocoa is making the rounds. The National Confectioners Association (NCA) reported that third quarter North America cocoa grindings were little changed at 124,412 tonnes, up 0.15 percent versus a rear ago. The Cocoa Association of Asia reported third quarter cocoa grindings of 167,737 tonnes, up 12.5 percent versus a year ago.
