USD/JPY Higher, Eco -Watchers Surveys Mixed

USD/JPY is trading at 103.89, up 0.19. The pair is trading a little higher and rangebound. Market chatter about global money flows and Japanese economic data is making the rounds. Japan's Cabinet Office Eco-watchers current conditions survey edged down to 44.8 in September from 45.6 in August and the outlook survey edged up to 48.5 from 47.4 in August.
