USD/CAD Little Changed, Canadian Building Permits Rise

USD/CAD is trading at 1.3189, up 0.0010. The pair is trading choppy and some early session gains have eroded. Market chatter about headline news and money flows is making the rounds. Statistics Canada reported that Building Permits rose 10.4 percent in August versus 3.4 percent in July. Statistics Canada is scheduled to release Canada's unemployment figures Friday at 8:30 a.m. ET.
