USD/CAD Trading Higher

USD/CAD is trading at 1.3186, up 0.0028. The pair is trading at rangebound a little under the session highs as overseas forex traders wind down trading for the day. Market chatter about comments from policy makers and the Canada's economy is making the rounds. Bank of Canada Senior Deputy Governor Carolyn Wilkins said today the BOC policy rate of 0.50 percent is 'quite stimulative ' and the neutral rate could fall further without higher productivity.
