USDA Daily Hog Slaughter; Hog Futures Sharply Lower

Thursday's USDA Hog slaughter was 426,000 head versus a year ago at 429,000 head. October lean hogs are trading at 58.75, down 1.57 cents /lb. December lean hogs are trading at 54.57, down 1.47 cents/lb. February lean hogs are trading at 59.40, down 1.40 cents/lb.
