EUR/USD is trading at 1.1290, up 0.0030. The pair has moved up after Wednesday's decline. Market talk about headline European news is making the rounds. The IFO Institute's German Business climate survey for August slipped to 106.2 versus 108.3 in July. It is the lowest level since February. Current conditions dropped to 112.8 versus 114.8 and future expectations declined to 100.1 from 102.1 in July.
