USDA Monthly Cold Storage Report

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Monthly Cold Storage report showed that stocks of frozen beef in the nations freezers on July 31st totaled 469.253 million pounds versus 460.093 million pounds a year ago and 456.533 million pounds on June 30th, 2016. Stocks of frozen pork totaled 599.932 million pounds versus 633.214 million pounds a year ago and 586.479 million pounds on June 30th, 2016.
