Stock Index Futures Little Changed Ahead of FOMC

September SP500 is trading at 2162.75, up 0.50. September Nasdaq 100 is trading at 4665.00, up 11.75. September Russell 2000 is trading at 1213.10, up 6.00. September Dow Industrial futures are trading at 18396, down 24. Stock index futures are trading steady Tuesday afternoon ahead of Wednesday's FOMC monetary policy statement. The U.S. Federal Reserve Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) is scheduled to announce if there is any change to monetary policy and release a statement at 2:00 p.m. ET. Ahead of the Fed statement, the census bureau is scheduled to release durable goods orders at 8:30 a.m. ET and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) pending home sales are due out at 10:00 a.m. ET.
