Bank of Canada (BOC) meets today and is scheduled to announce if there is any change to policy at 10:00 a.m. ET. BOC Governor Stephen Poloz and Senior Deputy Governor Carolyn Wilkins are scheduled to hold a press conference after the interest rate decision.
