Germany's Federal Statistical Office reported that industrial production in Germany fell 1.3 percent in May versus
April's rise of 0.5 percent. It is the biggest decline since August of 2014.
The French Ministry of Economy and Finances balance of trade data showed the trade deficit in France narrowed 41.4 percent to 2.84 billion EUR in May versus April's deficit of 4.8 billion EUR. It is the lowest trade gap since August.
