S&P 500 Index Futures Lower

S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by five points at 2093 in Thursday's session. Off the open, it found resistance just above Wednesday's close 2098, reaching 2098.50 before turning lower.

All but two of the top 10 components in the index are mixed. The biggest gainer is Exxon Mobil Corporation XOM shares, which are trading higher by $0.92 at $87.72.

The biggest loser is Apple Inc. AAPL shares, which are trading lower by $0.91 at $106.22.
