Cocoa little change

New York Cocoa futures are trading a steady to a little lower Wednesday morning. December Cocoa trading at 3134, down 7. Trading is rangebound. Market chatter about West African Supplies is now constant. Port arrivals for the Ivory Coast from August 24th-30th were about 3,000 tonnes below a year ago levels.
