Live cattle moves higher

Live cattle futures have extended Thursday's sharp move up on Friday during late morning trading. October Live Cattle is trading at 143.72, up 1.17 and December Cattle is trading at 145.67, up 0.82. Trading is expected to remain very choppy. Market talk about steady cash has been supportive on dips. Market chatter about demand concerns has brought in some sellers on rallies.
