Cotton little changed

New York Cotton futures are trading steady to lower Friday morning. December Cotton is trading at 63.40, down 0.15 and March Cotton is trading at 63.36, down 0.21. Market talk about end of month positioning has kept both buyers and sellers trading in a rangebound fashion.
