U.S. Dollar Index Moves Up

The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 97.21, down 0.51. Trading is choppy and up a little off the lows of the session. Initial Jobless Claims came out at down 26,000 to 255,000. Leading Indicators data for June is due out at 10:00 a.m. ET.
