S&P 500 index futures are unchanged at 2071 in Thursday's session. The index has surrendered all of its gains from the premarket session, but has yet to breach the premarket low of 2067.75, only reaching 2069.25 thus far. The top ten components in the index ar mixed with four trading higher and six trading lower. Leading the way on the upside is Exxon Mobil

shares which are trading higher $0.72 at $83.09. Leading the way on the downside is JP Morgan

shares which are trading lower by $0.42 at $67.62. It has been a volatile week for the index bottoming at 2046.75 on Tuesday and peaking Monday morning at 2083.25. Today's premarket high came up shy of that level, only reaching 2079.
