Live Cattle Sharply Lower

Live Cattle futures are trading sharply lower at mid-session on Tuesday. August Cattle is trading at 148.07, down 1.80 and October Cattle is trading at 150.52, down 1.77. Trading is expected to remain very choppy. Market chatter about month end positioning is making the rounds. Chatter about less holiday demand continues to bring in sellers on rallies. Market talk about the just released USDA Crop report has led to some selling.
