Cocoa futures are little changed Tuesday morning. September Cocoa is trading at 3275 , down 6. Trading has been rangebound after Monday's choppy trading session. Market talk continues about tight West African supplies . Market chatter about more choppy trading and some concern about Asian demand due to price levels continues to bring in some selling on rallies.
