Cocoa Little Changed

Cocoa futures are range-bound and a little higher Tuesday morning. September Cocoa is trading at 3211, up 13 and July Cocoa is trading at 3217, up 10. Chatter about weather for West Africa and Indonesia is constant. Market talk about current Ivory Coast cocoa supplies is making the rounds. Trading is expected to be very choppy.
