The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 95.83, up 0.10 . Trading has been choppy. Wholesale Inventories for April are due out along with the JOLTS Job Openings data are due out at 10:00 AM ET. The U.S. Treasury budget statement is due out at 2:00 PM ET.
