Live Cattle Lower

Live Cattle futures traded with a wide range and choppy on Monday. Early gains eroded later in the trading session and Live cattle closed weak. June Live Cattle was trading at 150.27, down 1.22 and near the lows of the session. August Cattle was trading at 148.70, down 1.12. Monday's USDA Cattle slaughter was 113,000 head versus a year ago at 115,000 head.
