U.S. Dollar Index higher

The June U.S. Dollar Index has moved higher Friday. The June U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 97.79, up 0.18. Trading has been very choppy and is now somewhat firm. some chatter about volatility in European equity markets has been making the rounds. Chatter about next week's U.S. data is just beginning. On Monday the Chicago Fed will release its national activity index at 8:30 AM ET. On Wednesday existing home sales figures are due at 10:00 AM ET.
