U.S. Dollar Higher

The U.S. dollar is trading higher Thursday afternoon. Market talk about Friday's U.S. economic data is beginning to make the rounds. At 8:30 a.m. ET, the third estimate for fourth quarter GDP and GDP Deflator are due. At 9:45 a.m. ET, the Chicago PMI survey will be released. At 10:00 a.m. ET, the final March reading for Michigan Sentiment is due out. The U.S. Dollar Index has traded in broad trading range on Thursday. The June U.S. Dollar Index was trading at 97.67, up 0.47.
