Lean Hogs Little Lower

Tuesday's USDA hog slaughter was 433,000 head versus a year ago at 412,000 head. Lean Hogs futures traded mostly lower Tuesday. At last check April Hogs were trading at 65.80, down 0.27 and June Hogs were trading at 78.45, down 0.85. Market talk about soft cash markets due to little buying interest the rest of the week led to some early selling. Trading was weak and mostly range-bound during the rest of Tuesday's trading session.
